Introduction

1 JH303 adopts the advanced microchip to control, combined with self-designed software, making it not only

    functional also easy to operate;2 Accurate digital timer to control the glue output, time before and after the glue spraying, which makes it more 

   precise and accurate;3 Independent digital display makes operation simple;4 Feather-touch vacuum switch on the panel, and the non- contact vacuum switch of the internal circuit extended

   robot service life;5 The mechanical part of JH303 is designed with slipper type 3D mechanism features, which greatly improved the

   disadvantages of traditional sealing robots in appearance and glue exudation speed control, also the reliability of

    the whole machine.

6 In 2011 we made system upgrade for JH30X series glue robot, including:   a).Higher performance motor make low-speed operation more smoothly; Position Stop Function is more

        suitable for abnormity; Pick-and-Place in the same place makes efficiency raised.   b).Modified and improved software bug make robot operation more stable and reliable;   c).New shell model improved product quality;   d).Embedded surface mount with plastic press-key make longer service life stronger resistance of glue erosion.

     According to different glue thickness and quantity equipped different gluetanka ccordingly,which make glue 

   sealing more smooth and accurate;

     JH303 series robots featured with the automatic suction pen, combining with the alternative rotation and

   resorption function, even good to operate for the smallest and thinnest products  

Application

JH303 series are applicable to all kinds of medium & small sized round electro-acoustic devices, or other single/double liquid round trace glue sealing, such as speakers, receivers, sounders, buzzers, etc.
